After Boise, we drove across Oregon to the quaint little town of Eugene to visit Gramps and the kids' west-coast aunt. The drive was long and rather dull. I thought the scenery was pretty though.
The kids enjoyed watching a movie. For about 30 minutes anyway. This was the first time we've let them use the DVD player in the car.
And - as is usually the case - they both fell asleep less than five minutes before arriving at our final destination!
